When an individual dies it is necessary to administer the deceased’s estate and in most cases to receive a representation grant (also known as grants of probate or administration) “Probate”. Probate involves a court application which confirms that the will is the last will of the deceased and is legally valid. This process can be particularly uncertain and difficult without relevant experience and expertise.
