Executor & Attorney Appointments

Choosing the right Executor for your Will and Attorney under Power of Attorney are two of the most important decisions when completing your estate planning.  Selecting an incompetent or bad faith Executor and Attorney can result in acrimony, legal fees, delay, and the ruin of an estate plan.  In worst case examples making the wrong appointment can even result in behaviors that warrant civil or criminal legal action.  While family, and friends are often the first considerations, for those that may wish to have a neutral person appointed, not burden their loved ones, or perhaps do not have the availability of friends and family, a professional appointment should be considered.

Dustin accepts both Executor and Attorney appointments.  He offers an experienced, neutral, and local option.  Dustin treats these appointments with the utmost of importance and respect and always adheres to a strong ethical code in attending to his duties.  Dustin is transparent with fees, which are often similar to, or less than what a layperson without experience may charge.  Co-appointments may also be an option.
